New Worm Targets Myspace & Facebook

Apparently, there is a new worm being spread via Myspace and Facebook. It is spreading through messages that contain what seemingly looks like video links. If you click it, a prompt will show up for a download of a supposedly “latest” flash player when it’s really not. Those who actually does click it and downloads the executable file is infected and the next time they login to their social networks site, their account would spread the same malicious messages they received to all their friends. Be careful about downloading anything from your computer. Just a warning.
